I love teaching God’s word. The bible is the most important thing you own. More important than your cellphone and your car and even the home you live in. All those things are passing away but God’s word remains forever! (1 Peter 1:21)

Since that’s the case, then I believe it’s of upmost importance to know, meditate, and study the Word of God. Not for simply knowledge sake, but so that we might be conformed into the very image of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (Romans 8:29)

I became a Christian in 10th grade of high school while playing football in Decatur, Alabama. You can read my testimony here. Because of this, I have a passion for coaching and discipling young men through the game of football. I’m currently a youth minister and football coach in my hometown of Decatur, Alabama.

My favorite verse is James 1:2-3. It says, “Consider it pure joy by brothers and sisters whenever you face trials of many kins because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.”
